Andrei is working at the Foundation for Effective Governance (Kyiv, Ukraine). This is an NGO that assists the Government and the Parliament to design and implement economic reforms. The Foundation attracts best international experience and collaborates with all political forces and state institutions. Anti-crisis measures through the reforms is currently a major focus of the Foundation.
Andrei has an experience in academia and in business. He worked as an associate professor at Belarusian Sate Economics University (Minsk, Belarus) and as deputy director on analytical marketing at private holding (group of companies). Andrei has a Ph.D. in International Economics (Belarusian State Economics University) and M.A. in Contemporary European Studies (Sussex European Institute, UK). He was a visiting studet at the University of Oxford and a trainee at the European Commission, Brussels.
