Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the National Security Studies Program at the Warsaw University. Ph.D. in Economics in 2005. Assistant Professor at the World Economy Research Institute of the Warsaw School of Economics and Secretary General of the European Council on Tolerance and Reconciliation. In the period 1997 – 2004 he held various positions in the National Security Bureau, European Integration Office and Office for International Affairs at the Chancellery of the President of Poland. 2005 – 2006 he was Director of the Office for International Affairs at the Chancellery of the President of Poland. Participant of study and scholarship programs of the US State Department, Bertelsmann Foundation and Zeit Foundation. Conventional Forces in Europe’s (CFE) International Inspector. The author of more numerous articles on international economic relations, international security and European integration.
